check mail rule if already registered

As an admin I see many errors about already registered mail rules in different mail files.

As described in this technote Domino Server console shows entry as "Error registering mail rule # for database dbname.nsf: Monitor has already been registered, no action taken" this is an informational message and can be avoided by removing or disabling the identical mail rules.

I would like to have a feature in the Notes client which checks and informs the user before creation of an already registered mail rule.
