Allow @MailSend to send other types of link (e.g. DB link or View link) instead of a Doclink

@MailSend can send a Document link by using the flag [IncludeDocLink], however, this flag allows only the link pointing to the document that was open or selected when @MailSend was used.

@MailSend should allow other types of link like a Database link or View link.

    If you need more advanced functionality, you can use LotusScript to create an embedded link to e.g. another database or view.
