Hit "You are not authorized to access that database" when clicking doclink in Alarm message

Reproduced steps:

  1. Send a meeting with "notify me" checking, and check "Send mail notification with subject" and fill some recipients.

  2. When the recipients got it they click on the doclink and get the message: You are not authorized to access that database.

  3. If the recipients have not access to chair mail file, this doclink is invalid, this mislead users.


Therefore, it is acceptable to replace the doclink with the content of the meeting.
