Let users select/choose their preferred holiday categories in calendar preferences

A user can import holidays manually by selecting availbale holiday categories.

In addition to DOMINO-I-2448 it would be much easier/more comfortable if users can select which holidays they want to subscribe via calendar preferences. (Also don't forget to provide a policy settings.)

All avaiable holiday categories should be considered.
