Need a feature not to expand public group into Recipient field of the message

When sending the message to a public group, Note Client always expands each group member's address into Recipient field of the message and send it on the Server's mail.box.

This prevents Router task from working SMTPSmartHostAllDisableGroupExpansion=1.

The current workaround is adding "@Domain" (@ + Notes Domain name) for the group name manually when specifying it for To field, however, we need a feature not to expand the public group even if we don't add @Domain on the group name to use the notes.ini parameter SMTPSmartHostAllDisableGroupExpansion=1 effectively.
