In cirtrix environment ,Notes client to get launched in the OS language of the citrix server without adding a registry key at the the GPO

When windows display language of the citrix is switched with Multi languages Notes is always getting displayed with Citrix server language.

Other applications like Microsoft word,Excel,Adobe Reader are getting enabled with selected Windows display language.

In order to make the HCL Notes client to get enabled with the selected Windows display language we need to add a registry key at the GPO level.

Make HCL Notes client to get launched with the OS language without adding a registry key at the GPO.
