Possibility to use variable for filepath in populatedTemplate.txt

Make a way to customize populatedTemplate from Domino Administrator, or designer, for it to be pushed to all users.

Users want to know if using some variable to some path is possible instead of a full path.

For example, we use <link rel="stylesheet" href="file:/C:/ProgramData/HCL/Notes/Data/images/home-min.css" />

But it will be easier to use a variable like :

<link rel="stylesheet" href="file:/%LocalSharedData%/images/home-min.css" />

Because sometimes, the shared data is in /IBM and other times in /HCL or anything else.
