Surpress Warning when moving an Attachment

When moving a file attachment within a richtext field Notes will display a warning: ""This operation can not be undone. Do you wish to continue?"

Proposing to introduce a new setting/option, e.g. Notes.ini variable to surpress this warning.

Wenn in einem Richtext Feld ein Dateianhang verschoben wird, kommt die Meldung

"Dieser Vorgang kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden. Möchten Sie trotzdem fortfahren?"

"This operation can not be undone. Do you wish to continue?"

Es sollte eine Option "Notes.ini" Parameter geben, damit diese Meldung ausgeschaltet werden kann.
