better visibility for the actively selected database

Sometimes it is more efficient to add a database to the desktop again, than to look for its icon. After leaving the Database, it is still highlighted, and therefore can be found easily - at least it used to be that way.

Right now it is tough to find it on todays huge screens. Sample screenshot based on 12.0.2 FP1 is attached - even if it has to be a border line only (left side, current situation), why has it to be the same /such a similar color as the HCL blue dominating many System and Maildatabases?

On the right hand side, the same 9 databases - and the frame in 5 pixel with and changing colers - what a difference (I am sure hcl would come up with something nicer, but once it is clear what is asked for, the thumpnail of the screenshot is allready enough to see the difference.).
