Disable Ambiguous dialog box

We know that the Ambiguous dialog box is working as designed whenever we click the "To" button and "F9" button, it will show lookups that are successful, and multiple matches are returned for the user name/contacts.

In line with this, we want to have a feature to Disable or Customize the Ambiguous dialog box.

    You can change the settings to "Stop after First match", but not sure if this is what you are asking for. Can you please describe why you want to disable or customize the ambiguous dialog box ?
