Add Documentation / Clarification for "Copy Link As URL" feature

With Notes 12 a new feature "Copy Link as URL" was introduced. But in most cases where I see this option in the right-click menu it is greyed out. Examples for this are:

• from a view, right-clicking a document

• from a document open in read mode, no matter where I right-click

Only if I have a document open in read mode containing a proper URL link stored in a rich text field I can use the option.

To be exact this question came up in form of a support ticket from one of our customers; the customer's users wher quite confused on what to expect from this option.

My "ideas" are:

1. remove the option from situations where its's not applicable (like a view)

2. be more specific in regards to the documentation
