Mail Rules to enable the scheduled delivery of copied messages

When the Router delivers an incoming message to the mail database, a Mail Rule can send a copy of the message to a specific address at the same time.

I request Mail Rules to have an ability to add an action to send a copy of the messages at the scheduled time.

This can reduce the router load if auto-forwarded messages delivers at night.
