Default to set "EDIT_FIND_SUPP_FONT=0" in Notes client's notes.ini file

Background:

From Notes client 1101FP6/l202 and later version, it contains the fix for the issue of "Traditional Chinese characters and symbols get garbled", refer to following link:

This fix will do font conversion for characters that displayed garbled. When Notes users copy content from outside(etc, web page or .docx) that contains Chinese fonts, sometimes it will take a very long time and may even cause the Notes client hang/no response.

This will lead to a very bad experience for Notes users. I know that this feature can be disabled by adding notes.ini parameter of "EDIT_FIND_SUPP_FONT=0", but I think the best way is to enable this parameter by default after install Notes client.
