Notes 12.0.x with "Notes 11 theme" introduced some visual improvements for Mail template but they also decrease the usability compared to other themes (Notes 9 Theme or Operating System Theme)

In "New" message window:

- It is hard to understand "To" is clickable and Select Address dialog is opened. It looks Notes user needs to enter the address manually.

- It is hard to understand where to enter the address for "Cc" or "Bcc" fields because there are wide white space between the field name and the actual field and also the lines are not aligned correctly.

In MailFS Frameset:

- Whole color is too pale. It is difficult the border of the Preview Pane.
