Requirement from India Client - Policy for setting a default/common email signature

Most of the client require admin policy to setup common/default signature - sometimes very useful to do branding activity. Currently we recommend 3rd Party like crossware.

Admin control signature for users/groups or at org level

But it will be good if we can provide this facility for Notes Client, iNotes, VOP, Verse Mobile App

we have the same problems. Customer Running on SmartCloud Notes, service only. IBM does not have any solution for manage mail signature centrally (like crossware) ... and crossware is not supported by IBM in Cloud environment.

Agreed.  However one caveat is how IBM separates this currently with iNotes users vs. Full Client users.  The same is true of a central disclaimer (seemingly can only be set per iNotes server, but we support multiple Orgs on the same servers forcing the user of 3rd party tool).  Crossware is by far the best solution for native Domino and it would be nice perhaps, since CW is seemingly focusing more on cloud, to perhaps license the product and include it with Domino.
