Provide a new function to let "transfer mail copy to " mail rule be able to executed on existing mails.

In All released Notes/Domino (including the latest 12.0.2 FP2), a "transfer mail copy to " mail rule can only be executed on new arrival mails.


Customer wish "transfer mail copy to " mail rule can also be executed on existing mails just like "Move To Folder" mail mail rule.


Please consider to implement this new function in future release.
