Need render the image/picture correctly when copy it from Internet to Notes11/12

Open https://help.hcltechsw.com/notes/11.0.1/zh_TW/client/new_notes11_theme.html

Copy the picture from this URL then paste in the Notes compose page

But it could not display(Refer the screenshot), and prompt below info on Notes status bar.

Image or Object not found on server.


But paste it in iNotes or VOP, it can display well, so should improve the compatibility for Notes V11/V12.
