Create a new "Appointment" document with blank dates and times in Notes Calendar view

Notes client user can create new "Appointment" document in Notes Calendar view.
However,whenever a user opens that new document, some date and time has been automatically entered.

Our customer would like to be able to have an "appointment" document in draft status, with no automatic inclusion of dates or times.

Because they don't necessarily have a fixed schedule of appointments.

If only the content of appointment is fixed, they want to create "Appointment" document with blank dates and times.

They know some would argue that they could just delete the automatically entered dates and times, but it would be annoying to do that every time.
