Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

With this you could also circumvent the following undesired behaviour:
When sending the invitation and DOMI is not able to create the meeting URL in the service (for obscure reasons like "Teams - ERROR 0", "Error 4091" or what else may happen), the user is not able to cancel the sending process. The invitation will be sent anyway after clicking away the error messages, but without a link.
You will then have to fiddle around by troubleshooting the actual problem, trying if you fixed it by sending yourself dummy invitations until you finally get one with a link, copy & paste it in the original invitation and bother the participants with a meeting update.
By being able to create a link before sending the invitation, the user can be sure that a valid link will be contained in the invitation when he finally sends it.
why is the url needed when it's not mailed yet?
