Allow "Recently used fonts" to be displayed first when displaying a dropdown in the font picker

When a dropdown is displayed in the font picker on the toolbar, the font at the current cursor position in the rich text field is selected by default. From there, users will search for fonts to change, but would like to be able to easily find fonts that are frequently used.

Please add an optional setting to make "Recently used fonts" appear first in the dropdown display.
