DOMI should work with Operating system theme

Currently, DOMI is experiencing functionality issues when the "Operating system theme" is selected. This is because it utilizes pre-V11 meeting forms, lacking many of the new UI-based template features introduced in V10/V11, which are integrated into the V11 forms/subforms. To ensure seamless operation, DOMI should be compatible with the "Operating system theme" and incorporate these updated features.
