Create code to allow testing if a document is already open

Currently, there is code to test if a document is open and being edited with doc.LockHolders(0). But there is nothing to test if a document is just open for reading. When opening a document from a view, you can not open double but from code you can. This invites save conflicts. If there was a way to test it the document was already open in your workspace it would be very beneficial to not have so many save conflicts. See case CS0488775
