Shortcut for Switching Tabs in Notes 12 and Later

The instructions indicate that to switch workspace pages using the keyboard, one should press CTRL and the left or right arrow keys. However, in Notes 12 and later versions, the workspace tabs are aligned vertically. Despite this change, the shortcut remains designed for horizontal navigation (left or right arrows), which is not intuitive given the vertical arrangement of the tabs.

Therefore, it is proposed that the shortcut "press CTRL and the up or down arrow" be implemented to better correspond with the vertical layout of the tabs in Notes 12 and later.
