Passkeys are implemented on Domino server side.
The client side is implemented on the device you are using.
iOS has passkey support and you can even share passkeys via Apple key chain.
Maybe I am not fully understanding your requirement. But passkeys work with iOS and probably also with Android (which I have not personally tested and depends probably on the version of the OS)
