offer the ability to remove deletion stub for document encryption key

After created a document encryption key in notes id and once exported deleting the same key, creates a “deletion stub” for that key in the ID, to prevent the delete from being overridden by a vault sync from another copy of the ID. This deletion stub will also re- remove the key if one attempts to re-add it importing. So the user is unable to keep reimported keys after being deleted. The ability to view and remove these stubs in the user security dialog would be a reasonable feature. Or another feature that allows to keep deleted and reimported keys.

    I agree, this problem should be fixed and not worked around. I had it several times now at different customers sites.

    Maybe some kind of "force sync" on the Notes client side or on server side "pull local change"-flag.
