Remove application block debugger / progressbars

Today I needed to copy some groups into a nab. And had previously created and debugged an agent. When I did paste the groups into the client, the debugger started and locked the client. because I needed to switch over to the client to get the debugger active and in the client the past progressbar was blocking the client.
Please remove this blocking parts of the client, so we do not need to client the client to continue
