Restore the ability to view attachments using the built-in dumb viewers

In R9 and earlier, the View option for attachments would launch a dumb viewer that could not execute code. It was very fast and safe from malware attacks because it couldn't execute code. If the attachment was an executable, then it just displayed the compiler information which also helped to identify if the program was legitimate.
If the attachment was a .zip extension, clicking on it displayed the list of files within the .zip file.

In V10 (I believe that was the version), the View option was changed to launch the web browser and open the attachment there for viewing. This is inferior to the elegant method in earlier versions. It is slow, it opens the browser (not always desirable) and while I presume it is unable to execute code when viewed this way, it is unclear. It also cannot provide the compiler information for executable files.

Go back to the original method for viewing attachments that was a better solution.
