Prevent mail file icon from appearing on workspace when using group calendars

This enhancement request was initially reported in V5.0 as SPR CNEE4MZT44. Users are still experiencing the same issue in the latest release, version 14.0, in both Notes and Nomad.

Steps:

1.Create a group calendar with two users (User 1 and User 2) and save document

2. go to your private calendar

3. check user 1's calendar using the "More" - "Open Person's Calendar" action.

4. Verify that User 1's mailbox icon is not added to your workspace

5. Go to the Group calendar view

6. open the new group calendar document

7. select User 1 to view users calendar

8. select User 2 to view users calendar

9. Close document

10 Verify that User 1 Mailbox icon is not on workspace, but that User 2 mailbox icon is.
