Our zoom rooms video conferencing equipment needs thier gmail account cc’d into the meeting invitation for the meeting to be shown. (It shows todays meetings with a join button) This is the same for Zoom and Teams meetings we host.
Would be ideal if this happened automatically when our users booked a physical room resource that had conference equipment available to them.
