Improve encrypted meeting update in attendees calendar

Attendees calendars are not updated with the latest information from the organizer for encrypted meetings.

Steps to Reproduce:

Organizer Action: A user (organizer) sends an encrypted meeting invitation to one or more users (attendees).
Attendee Action: The attendees accept the invitation, which successfully reflects on their calendars.
Organizer Update: The organizer modifies the meeting details (e.g., description) and sends an update.
Attendee Issue:
When attendees open the meeting in their calendar:
a. They see a message:
"An updated description for this document could not be decrypted when the changes were applied. This description can be located here (link to the mail document)."
b. Clicking the link displays the updated information in the update email.
c. However, the calendar event itself does not update, and there is no straightforward way to apply the update from the email.
