Mail Rules - "Copy to Folder" Action Lead to Confusion

in the HCL Notes mail rules, there is an option to specify "copy to folder" action. This action does not create a full copy of the mail document; instead, it adds a mail document to a Notes folder or view. However, users on the customer's site expect, based on the name "copy to folder", that a new independent copy of the mail document is created.

This misinterpretation often leads to confusion, with users sometimes deleting emails under the assumption that the "copy" in another folder is preserved.

The customer has requested renaming the "copy to folder" action to something like "Add to Folder" in future releases of HCL Notes.

For German version (the customer is using the German installation of the HCL Notes Client), they suggest changing the name from "kopieren in Ordner" to "Zu Ordner hinzufügen".
