Properties dialog box should open in Active Notes window

In dual monitor environment, I use Notes client and Designer client in separate monitor.

When open text properties of Form by using Designer client, the properties box will show in Notes client window. The dialog box opens unexpectedly position and is very difficult to use.

If possible, when a dialog is opened from Designer, I would like the dialog to open in the Designer window.

Currently, the properties position is managed by Win32InfoboxPos notes.ini parameter. And both Notes and Designer use same notes.ini setting.

Please consider to add a separate parameter for Designer and Notes, so that when I am using Designer, the dialog is displayed using the parameters for Designer.
