'Schedule a meeting' from a message: The Field 'Optional' should be automcatically shown up if some addresses are in CC field in that message

Steps:

1. open a message which has no address in CC from inbox

2. click more->schedule a meeting

3. in the new meeting, close the Optional field. close the meeting.

4. open another message which has addresses in cc, then 'schedule a meeting'

Results:

- no Optional field was shown. if it's regarded as 'by designed', but

- the meeting would be wrong sent to unwanted users since no Optional displayed

Expected result:

Optional field should be shown is CC if not blank in the message, although user himself closed that field before
