Enhance Workspace Tab Management - Auto-Blank Page Names and Bulk Rename

In previous versions of Notes, workspace names were created without a name (blank) by default. However, starting from Notes 12.0, workspace names are registered as "Workspace 0" and subsequent numbers. We propose two enhancements to restore the previous behavior and improve user experience:

1. Automate Blank Page Names: Automatically set all page names to blank after a new installation, eliminating the need for manual deletion.

2. Bulk Page Name Changes: Allow users to change the names of all pages in the workspace simultaneously, improving efficiency and user experience.

These enhancements would streamline workspace management, reduce manual tasks for users, and align with the previous behavior that many users are accustomed to.
