Enhancement Request : Customization applied to the view column display should be individual to the user that applies the customizations on the mail database and not overwritten.
Users can customize view column sort order and column order in Notes.
Customize Views: Inbox: Ascending/Descending/None
In an scenario in which the mail database is being delegated or is a mail-in database accessed by several different users, . If UserA, owner of the mail database, has applied custom views columns ( ie date = descending) , and delegated UserB, on the same mail file, has applied different view column customization ( ie date= none) . Currently the behavior is that when delegated UserB accesses the mail, looses their specific customization, and master UserA owner of the mail file customization applies. Customer wants that this default behavior is changed or improved to UserA customizations apply only to UserA and customization implemented by UserB apply only to UserB and are not overwritten by customizations of master UserA.
Taken from SPR # PCHE8UZSL5/APAR LO69836. In some cases after performing design refresh/replace these customization are invalidated because the stored view/folder customization in bookmark cannot be mapped against new/modified view columns.
