Restricting creating the meeting is past dates

While creating the meeting is past dates, HCL Notes/Domino should have an option to restrict the booking. As of now, only a warning is received while creating the meeting for past dates.

Why would someone make meetings in the past? And if, one can see the document creation date, when it had been created in reality.
