Option to Select Mail Format (Rich Text or Plain Text) While Composing Emails in Notes Client (Similar to iNotes)

Currently in iNotes, when composing a new email, there is a convenient "Format" dropdown on the mail creation screen that allows the user to choose whether to send the message in Rich Text or Plain Text format.

Customer has requested that this same functionality be made available in the Notes client as well, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across both iNotes and the Notes client.
