One-Time Welcome Popup Message in Notes Client

Description of Requirement:
We request an enhancement to provide the ability to configure and display a one-time welcome pop-up message to end users when they first launch the HCL Notes client or access specific databases. This message should be shown only once per user, with an option for administrators to reset or re-trigger the popup if the message content is updated.

Proposed Functionality:
The Notes client should provide an administrative option to define a one-time welcome pop-up message, configurable through policy settings or database properties. The popup should support plain text or rich text content and may include an acknowledgment button before proceeding.

    Hello,
    MarvelClient could help you here by opening a specific database (I know that is not a pop-up) but only for new users and only once. Actually MarvelClient could also do a pop-up message if you want :-)
