Support for Activities Plus in Connections Plugins for HCL Notes

Currently Connections Plugins for HCL Notes only support "legacy" Activities but not Activities Plus ("Huddoboards").

Furthermore, it is required to leave legacy Activities running although having Activities Plus deployed (see Integrating with Activities Plus). This causes confusion for users and even results in legacy Activities getting created through the Notes Activities Plugin.

Connections Notes Plugins should support both deployment options for Activities/Activities Plus and ideally autodetect, which option is deployed to seamlessly provide the correct integration for a Notes Cient user.
