Show Out-Of-Office Status in "to" field when composing a mail. Merged

this would save me a lot of trouble while trying to contact someone, who happens to be out of office. I can then react while composing the mail and refer it to someone from the same department without having to send the mail, getting the out-of-office bounce back and having to compose a new mail with the same contents to the mentioned third party.

This would make working with Notes even more seamless, since you probably know the people you work with on a regular basis, but don't necessarily know if they are vacant.

P.S: please don't make it a pop-up, since it would annoy everyone trying to keep vacant colleagues in the loop
