Security is one area where Notes still beats it's competitors. Please don't implement this as it makes Notes less secure.
Yes typing in the password is painful. But this is a day one design decision for security reasons to keep the Notes password dialog secure. This includes the changing images you see to make clear when a password is entered and for users to remember the pattern to see when something changed in the back-end and someone tries to spoof the password dialog.
Allowing to past a password into the Notes password dialog would make it less secure.
IMHO using a password manger to past in passwords is not a secure pattern in general.
There are better ways to accomplish single sign on today with the Notes client.
The idea would be to avoid passwords in the first place.
Notes Shared Login (NSL) binds the Notes.ID to your Windows account and is the more solid approach.
On the Mac there is key chain integration for the Notes password.
I vote explicitly against this idea from security point of view!

Hello, can you not setup "auto-type" feature in 1Password? (https://support.1password.com/windows-auto-type/)
I use that kind of feature in password manager "KeePassXC" and it does work on the Notes login dialog box. I find it more convenient than the copy-paste which is always "limited" in time in the clipboard
