Enable "Run Rules on Existing Mail" for Server Copy in Notes Client

When a user creates a new mail rule using the Create Quick Rule option in the Notes Client, the commands "Run Now on Inbox" and "Run Now on All Documents" do not work when executed on the server copy of the mail file.

Currently, this behaviour is working as designed, since the action is supported only on the local copy of the mail file. However, users are requesting an enhancement to make this functionality available on the server copy as well, so that mail rules can be applied to existing mail directly on the server without the need for a local replica.
