Meeting service (Sametime, Teams, Webex, etc.)should be default in Online meeting section

Currently, HCL Notes supports generating dynamic online meeting links using the following services:

• GoToMeeting

• Microsoft Teams

• WebEx

• Zoom

• HCL Sametime

When creating a new meeting in the Notes client calendar, users must go through multiple clicks to select their preferred service each time. This process can be frustrating, especially for users who primarily use one specific service.

Suggestion:

Introduce an option in Notes to allow users to set a default online meeting service. Once configured, the selected service would automatically be applied when scheduling a new meeting, while still allowing the user to manually change it if needed.
