My advice would be to go to the vendor of 32bit library and ask for them to invest in upgrading it to a 64bit version.
Short version:
We are not able to release new 32bit versions of the client.
Long version:
The compilers that we have to use for the updated components in the latest versions do not have the facility to compile for 32bit.
Also you can't get support for a 32bit OS anymore from any of the OS vendors. So why would we invest into creating something that you won't get proper support for?
Please get rid of these outdated, old stuff!

How much time more do you need to cut off the old trails in your applications? Since V12 you are told that upcoming versions will undergo a continuous makeover. And those were announced way before any of these changes hit the market.
