Option to Display Generic Calendar Notifications Without Revealing Meeting Details

Currently, HCL Notes Client displays full meeting details such as subject, organizer, and location in calendar notifications. This can result in unintentional exposure of sensitive or confidential information during screen sharing or presentations. It would be beneficial to have an option in the Notes Client preferences to display a generic notification message (for example, “Calendar Notification” or “Meeting Reminder”) without showing specific meeting details.

This feature would allow users to stay informed about upcoming events while maintaining privacy and preventing sensitive information from appearing on screen during presentations or shared sessions.
