Anonymise forwarded email messages

As an End user, I need to be able to forward and email from a mail-in or delegated email file and not have any identification about me in the headers or body of the message, because it contains personally identifiable information it breaks GDPR rules.

Proposed Solution

Add an option to the mail file preferences for Access and Delegation that allows us to anonymise forwarded messages.
