Windows fixpacks update the version in the list of installed applications in Windows

While the Notes Client setup puts the version in the list of installed applications in Windows I found that 14.5 FP1 does not update that version and date. The version is stil listed as 14.5.25156, while the version of Notes.exe is 14.5.25261

It would be helpful if FixPack installers updated the installed version and updated the date. With an uninstall preferably updating the version to the version they revert to, and updating the date to the the date the uninstall happened. So the list of programs reflects the installed version and the date of the last change.
