Add anti-aliasing option for bitmap image resizing

When bitmap images such as screenshots are pasted into Notes and resized, jaggies (jagged edges) occur on the outlines of characters, making them difficult to read. (When the same operation is performed in Excel or similar applications, anti-aliasing is automatically applied and jaggies are reduced.) We request that an option be added to Notes as well to apply anti-aliasing when resizing bitmap images.
