Option to disable creation of private folders

For auto template updates are private folders in mail dbs not so funny.

So i would like to get the option to disable it for the users. For example in the mail template.

Otherwise i would like to get a view or something else in the admin client which shows me the mail dbs which had private folders.

Migration tool to migrate private to shared folders would be very good feature. I had users who lost their private folders during HCL Notes client software upgrade in cases when workspace icons were removed.

Enabling or disabling creation of private view or folders via policy or "notes.ini" parameters will be great feature.

I agree, there should definitely be an option to prevent users from creating private folders at all.

Storing private folders on the client makes it even worse.

There should be an option that users can not create private folders at all.

The ACL allows to disable the creation of (server stored) private folders.

The "administrative" option to migrate private folders to public ones would be helpful in light of the fact to move users to new certifiers etc. This can raise problems where you don't want to have them.
