Modernize terms and way to add Links into text and to pictures - Who knows what a Hotspot is ;-)

Modern applications have a right mouse click to add links (mostly URLs) to text or pictures. In Notes this option is not available on a right mouse click. Even worse, trying to add a link to a picture by a right mouse click leads into a bad user experience with Hotspots which does not result into a link after the message is sent to an external recipient.Only to run trough Create\Hotspot\Link Hotspot from the menu bar can bring a result and is fully user unfriendly (again hotspot seems to be a very Lotusy term).

Make it more easy. Mark area, right mouse click, add Hyperlink, ...

    Yes!!

    Additionally, make it easy for people to copy the link from the body of the email.  Someone suggested that one, here: https://domino.ideas.aha.io/ideas/IDEAMLCT-I-49

    I think this is an excellent idea. It is simple and improves adoption by new users.
